Pat Owens
I emigrated from Thailand to the United States about 30 years ago. I am now a proud US citizen. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and have been to many beautiful places in the US and abroad. I am actively involved in the annual St. Petersburg International Folk Fair (SPIFFS) and organization to promote Thai culture. Prior to establishing Alterations By Pat, I worked in the garment industry and small business clothing companies for many years.
